It's in your laugh
It's in your sighs
I can see it in your eyes
The love I need to Keep the Dream Alive
I was Brave
And you were Shy
We couldn't let the chance go by
To have the love that Keeps the Dream Alive
In my heart I can see
There is nothing I'm afraid of
Close your eyes, you will see
We have the love that dreams are made of
Now we're wed. Now we're one.
Now our future has begun
We have the love to Keep the Dream Alive

ABOUT THE SONG
I wrote this song for my last wife
(yes, I've been married a few thousand times)
and I sang it at our wedding.
Here's a lovely story:
I hired a violinist and a violist to accompany my marriage proposal on a balcony overlooking the ocean at sunset. Those
two also played at our wedding (adding a second violin and a cello) and then those four played on this recording (adding a
second viola).
Rob Trow does a wonderful vocal.
I love the real strings (and the great arrangement by Jim Grady)
