Well, he's fashionably lean
And he's fashionably late
He'll never wreck a scene
He'll never break a date
But he's no drag, just watch the way he walks
'Cause he's a twenty-first century fox
He's a twenty-first century fox
No tears, no fears, no ruined years, no clocks
He's a twenty-first century fox ... whoa ...
He's the king of cool
And he's the lover who waits
Since his mind left school
It never hesitates
He won't waste time on elementary talk
'Cause he's a twenty-first century fox
He's a twenty-first century fox
Got the world locked up inside a plastic box
He's a twenty-first century fox, oh yeah
Twenty-first century fox, oh yeah
Twenty-first century fox ... whoa ...
He's a twenty-first century fox

ABOUT THE SONG
Another legendary song from the 60's. This song, originally
'Twentieth Century Fox,' was on one of the first two albums I ever owned
(the other was Jimi Hendrix' "Are You Experienced" ... see "Hey Juice").
The Doors were a major influence in my life. The featured keyboards and relatively simple bass lines gave me great material
to impress the chicks at high school! One of them wrote in my graduation yearbook:
"To the best 'Light My Fire' player."
I upgraded the song to "21st Century Fox" and flopped genders ...
a female vocalist singing about a male fox.
Another amazing guitar performance by Tim Pierce. He's just a little too good. Then again, so are many of my musical
friends. I'm very fortunate.
